Fixed-wing, rotor, and yacht charter arranged from a single desk — for principals who measure a trip by the ease of it, not the miles.
Every charter — air or water — is coordinated by the same team, so your itinerary reads as one trip, not three separate bookings.
On-demand access to super-midsize through long-range aircraft for domestic hops and intercontinental crossings, sourced from a vetted operator network and matched to your route, party size, and schedule.
City-to-airport transfers, offshore transport, and event logistics that skip the road entirely. Rotor charter is built for short, precise legs where timing matters more than distance.
Crewed motor and sailing yachts for a single day on the water or a multi-week itinerary through open cruising grounds, provisioned and staffed to the standard of the rest of your trip.
Tell the desk your route, dates, and party size — by phone, form, or a standing arrangement if you fly or sail with us often.
We return aircraft or vessel options with pricing, specs, and operator credentials, and hold your preferred choice while you decide.
Confirmed logistics, a single trip document, and a desk contact on call for the length of your journey — air, rotor, or sea.
Access is brokered, not owned — meaning your options aren't limited to a single tail number or hull. These are indicative of what typically moves through the desk.
Submit your route and dates and a charter specialist will follow up with options — typically within a few hours during business hours.

These terms set out how Singh Global Charter arranges private jet, helicopter and yacht charter for you. Please read them before you confirm a booking. They apply to every enquiry, quotation and booking unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Singh Global Charter is a trading name of SinghGlobalCharter Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number [COMPANY NUMBER], with its registered office at [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@singhglobalcharter.com or on +44 7974 063270.
“You” means the person or organisation making the booking and, where the context requires, each passenger or guest travelling under it. “Operator” means the air operator, helicopter operator, yacht owner, yacht manager or other supplier that actually provides the aircraft, helicopter or vessel and its crew. “Charter Services” means the services we arrange for you under these terms.
2.1 We act solely as a broker and as your agent. We arrange Charter Services between you and an Operator and are not a party to the contract for the charter itself. We do not own, operate or crew aircraft, helicopters or yachts, and we are not an air carrier, aircraft or vessel operator, or principal in the charter.
2.2 The charter itself is provided under a separate charter agreement or contract of carriage made directly between you and the Operator (the “Charter Agreement”). Our role is to find, propose and help you contract with the Operator on your behalf. The Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the flight or voyage, including airworthiness or seaworthiness, crew, maintenance and compliance with the law and regulations that apply to it.
2.3 We are paid by a fee agreed with you, by commission or a margin paid by the Operator, or by both. If we receive commission from an Operator, we will tell you on request. Our fee is shown in your quotation.
2.4 Before you confirm a booking we will tell you the identity of the Operator and the aircraft, helicopter or vessel we propose, so you know who will be operating your trip.
3.1 Enquiries made through our website, by phone or by email do not create a contract.
3.2 Quotations are an indication of price and availability, are valid only for the period stated and are subject to the aircraft, helicopter or vessel remaining available and to the Operator’s final confirmation.
3.3 Prices can change before you confirm a booking, and after it where the cost of fuel, airport, handling, navigation or landing charges, taxes, positioning, crew or currency exchange changes, as set out in your quotation or Charter Agreement.
3.4 Aircraft, helicopters, yachts, images, specifications and examples on our website are illustrative of what is typically available. They are not an offer of a particular aircraft or vessel.
4.1 A booking is confirmed only when we have received your written acceptance of the quotation (email is sufficient), we have received the deposit or payment requested, and we have confirmed the booking to you in writing.
4.2 Where a Charter Agreement is issued by the Operator, you must read and accept it. If there is a conflict between these terms and the Charter Agreement about the operation of the flight or voyage, the Charter Agreement applies to that matter; these terms continue to govern our services and fees.
4.3 You must give us accurate information for every passenger, including full names exactly as shown in their travel documents, dates of birth, nationalities and contact details, by the deadline we give you. Errors may cause delay, refusal of travel or extra cost, for which you are responsible.
5.1 Our quotation will show the charter price and, where applicable, our fee or commission. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude items such as VAT, Air Passenger Duty and other taxes, airport and handling charges, catering, ground transport, de-icing, overnight and waiting charges for crew and aircraft, additional positioning, and for yachts the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) for fuel, food, drink, port fees and other running costs, and any gratuity you choose to give crew.
5.2 Payment must be made in cleared funds in the currency and by the date stated in your quotation or invoice, and before departure. We may refuse to carry out or may suspend the Charter Services if payment is late. Where an Operator requires payment direct, we will tell you.
5.3 Card payments may carry a processing charge, which we will tell you about before you pay. We may charge interest on late payments at the rate allowed by law.
5.4 Any APA balance remaining at the end of a yacht charter is accounted for and settled in line with the Charter Agreement.
6.1 You may ask to change or cancel a booking at any time by telling us in writing. Changes depend on availability and may incur extra cost.
6.2 Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and are set out in your quotation or Charter Agreement. Charter bookings are frequently non-refundable in whole or in part, because the aircraft, helicopter, vessel and crew are reserved for you. We will tell you the applicable charges before you confirm.
6.3 Any refund we owe you depends on the Operator refunding us. We will pass it on, less any non-refundable fees of ours, within a reasonable time after we receive it.
6.4 If we or the Operator must cancel or change your booking (for example for safety, regulatory, weather, technical or availability reasons), we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative aircraft, helicopter or vessel, a rescheduled trip or a refund of the amount we have received for the part not provided, as the Charter Agreement allows.
7.1 You and each passenger are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination and health documents and any other documents required for every country on the itinerary, and for arriving at the time and place we tell you.
7.2 Passengers must follow the instructions of the commander of the aircraft or helicopter, the master of the vessel and crew, who have final authority on safety and the operation of the trip, including the right to refuse to carry any person or item or to alter or end a trip.
7.3 Baggage, pets, minors travelling without a parent or guardian, firearms, medical equipment and any special items must be declared and agreed in advance. Dangerous goods, illegal items and anything prohibited by law or by the Operator must not be carried.
7.4 You are responsible for the conduct of your guests. You will be liable for loss or damage caused to the aircraft, helicopter, vessel or third parties by you or your guests, and for any cleaning, repair or delay costs that result.
7.5 You must tell us before booking if any passenger needs assistance or has a medical condition that may affect travel.
8.1 Departure and arrival times are estimates. Flights and voyages can be delayed, diverted or cancelled because of weather, air traffic control or port restrictions, airport slots, security, mechanical or technical issues, crew duty limits and other circumstances outside our control.
8.2 The Operator may substitute another aircraft, helicopter or vessel of a similar category where necessary. Where a substitute is materially different, we will tell you and give you the option to accept or cancel in line with the Charter Agreement.
8.3 We cannot guarantee the availability of any particular airport, FBO, slot, runway, mooring or berth.
9.1 We expect Operators to hold the insurance required by the law that applies to them, including passenger and third-party liability cover. On request we will give you details of the cover we have been shown.
9.2 Operator insurance does not normally cover your own losses. We strongly recommend that you take out your own travel insurance, including cancellation or curtailment, medical and repatriation, personal accident, and baggage and personal effects cover, and for yacht charters, cover for the charterer’s liability and any damage deposit.
10.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
10.2 We will carry out our own services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or default of Operators, their crew, owners, managers, airports, handling agents, ports or other third-party suppliers, whom we do not control. Their liability to you, including liability for carriage of passengers and baggage, is governed by the Charter Agreement and the law and conventions that apply to the Operator, such as the Montreal Convention where relevant.
10.3 Subject to clause 10.1, our total liability to you for any one booking, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the total amount of the fees we have received from you for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, opportunity or goodwill.
10.4 If you are a consumer (an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business or profession), nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including the right to services provided with reasonable care and skill.
Our services are arranged as bespoke private charter. If a particular booking would amount to a package or linked travel arrangement under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, or needs to be covered by financial protection, we will tell you before you book and give you the information and protections the law requires.
12.1 We and Operators must comply with anti-money-laundering, sanctions, export-control, anti-bribery, immigration and aviation security laws. We may ask you for proof of identity, details of passengers and information about the source of funds, and we may share that information with Operators, authorities and others where required.
12.2 We may decline, suspend or cancel any booking, without liability, if we reasonably believe that a booking would breach the law, put anyone at risk or expose us or an Operator to sanctions or serious reputational harm. In that case you remain responsible for any charges already incurred.
Neither we nor you will be responsible for a failure or delay in performing these terms (other than an obligation to pay) caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disaster, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemic, strike, government action, airspace or port closure, or failure of utilities or communications.
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By booking, you confirm that you have the authority to give us passengers’ information and that they have been told how we use it.
If something has not met your expectations, tell us as soon as possible, ideally while the trip is under way so we can try to put it right, and then in writing to info@singhglobalcharter.com. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and investigate it fairly. Complaints about the operation of a flight or voyage may also need to be raised with the Operator under the Charter Agreement.
16.1 Entire agreement. These terms, your quotation and any confirmed booking form the whole agreement between us about the Charter Services.
16.2 Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when we confirm your booking applies to that booking.
16.3 Notices. Notices must be in writing and sent by email to the address you gave us or to info@singhglobalcharter.com.
16.4 Severance and waiver. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it.
16.5 Third parties. Except as stated here, no one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
16.6 Governing law. These terms and any dispute arising from them or the Charter Services are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.
Charters are international, so your information may need to go to Operators, authorities and suppliers in other countries, including countries without UK adequacy decisions. We share only what is needed and, where we can, rely on a UK adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or addendum, or another safeguard permitted by law. We do not operate aircraft or vessels. Our job is to place you with operators who do, and to make sure we have checked them before we do. This page explains what we require, what we check, and where our responsibility ends and the operator’s begins.
We work only with operators and suppliers that hold the authorisations the law requires for the trip we are arranging, and we check the documents before a booking is confirmed, not just when an operator first joins our network. We will tell you who your operator is, and which aircraft, helicopter or vessel will carry you, before you commit.
For every flight we arrange, we ask the operator to evidence the following.
Our vetting is a documented review carried out before and between trips. It lowers risk; it cannot remove it. We do not inspect aircraft or vessels, certify their condition, or supervise operations, and the operator remains responsible for the safe operation of its aircraft or vessel and for meeting the regulations that apply. Operators’ approvals, insurance and safety performance can change; if you are shown anything that appears out of date or wrong, please tell us. Our Terms of Business explain our role and liability in more detail.
Many of our clients value discretion. We share trip and passenger information only with those who need it to make the trip happen or where the law requires. See our Privacy Policy.
If you have a safety concern about a trip we have arranged or are planning, contact us straight away at info@singhglobalcharter.com or on +44 7974 063270. Confirmed clients can reach the charter desk 24/7. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.
